What we collect

• Email address — when you join the waitlist or buy a licence, so we can deliver your product and keep you informed about your drop.
• Purchase details — order and licence information needed to fulfil and support your purchase.
• Anonymous presence signal — a random session token (no name, no email) is used to show how many people are viewing a live drop. It contains no personal information.

We do not collect or store your card or crypto-wallet details. Those are handled entirely by our payment processors (below).

Payment processors

Card payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, which acts as the merchant of record for the transaction and handles billing, tax and card data under its own privacy policy. Crypto payments are processed by NOWPayments. We receive only the information needed to deliver your licence (such as your email and order status).

Service providers

• Supabase — stores licence and order records and powers delivery.
• Email delivery — used to send your licence, receipts and waitlist updates.

How we use your data

To deliver and support your purchase, to operate the waitlist and notify you about drops, to prevent abuse, and to meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers. Our checkout providers may set cookies that are strictly necessary to complete a payment.

Data retention

We keep purchase and licence records for as long as needed to provide lifetime support and meet legal and accounting requirements. Waitlist emails are kept until you ask to be removed.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to remove you from the waitlist, at any time. Email admin@forexcracked.com and we will action your request.

Children

This site and product are not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top reflects the latest version.
